About Us
Sieber Construction, Inc. was founded in 1949 by Robert J. Sieber as a builder and remodeler of custom homes then later expanding into commercial projects.
In the 1970s, Sieber Construction began specializing in the development and building of HUD facilities for seniors, which remains our specialty today. Additionally, Sieber Construction also develops housing in accordance with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
As the developer and general contractor of Towne Square Retirement Villa in 1984, Sieber Construction was innovative in its approach to the financing, design and construction. This property was the first in Ohio to utilize tax exempt bonds issued by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency to provide housing for low to moderate income seniors.
Sieber Construction has an outstanding record of working with non-profit organizations on the development and construction of affordable housing. See our Projects page for project details.
